Project Management
We have significant and practical working experience project managing the delivery of fitouts, refits and related property projects on behalf of private clients and Commonwealth departments and agencies. This experience includes development of Project Management Plans and procurement of goods and services in accordance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules.Throughout a project we lead and document design meetings, site meetings and Project Control Group meetings. We prepare reports and manage the performance of contractors with adminstration of consultant contracts, including management of progress claims, variations and requests for information.
